What documents do I need to carry for NEET UG 2027 counselling reporting?

Previous-year referenceApproved by M.B. Patil Education admissions team, 23 Oct 2026 · source-checked 22 Oct 2026

Short answer

Based on MCC's 2026 bulletin, you bring the originals, with attested photocopies, of: the MCC allotment letter; NTA admit card; NTA result/rank letter; date of birth certificate (if your Class 10 certificate doesn't show it); Class 10 certificate; Class 10+2 certificate and mark sheet; eight (8) passport-size photographs, same as on your application form; and identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or passport). Add category or PwBD certificates if they apply to you.

Based on MCC's UG Counselling 2026 Information Bulletin (revised 20.08.2026). The 2027 bulletin hasn't been published yet — rules can change, so check it when it is.

Who this applies to

Candidates allotted MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. Nursing seats through MCC counselling, reporting at the allotted college

The rule, explained

If applicable: an SC/ST certificate from the competent authority in the standard format, in English or Hindi, with the sub-caste clearly mentioned; an OBC-NCL certificate as per the Central List; an EWS certificate in the prescribed format; and, for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), the Eligibility Certificate from an MCC Medical Assessment Board. OCI, PIO and foreign national candidates follow the list in the NRI chapter.

If a certificate is in a regional language, carry an attested English version along with the original. If your name is spelt differently in different documents, carry an affidavit showing the documents belong to the same person.

Check the allotted college's information for any other documents it needs. Without original certificates you will not be allowed to take admission, and a letter saying your originals are deposited with another institution is not accepted.
