Short answer
Based on the 2026 process, you register only online on the MCC website (www.mcc.nic.in), using the mobile number and email ID you gave NTA, because OTPs are sent only to those. Your NTA details are pre-filled and can't be changed. At registration you pay a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit, and you can submit the form only once.

The rule, explained
Applications made any other way than through www.mcc.nic.in are not accepted. MCC advises you to fill the form yourself, not through an agent or third party. A candidate found to have submitted more than one form is debarred and their candidature cancelled.
The data you entered when registering on the NTA portal is pre-populated and used for counselling. MCC does not change any information (name, date of birth, category, contact details, etc.) under any circumstances, so check everything before submitting.
Fees in 2026 for 15% AIQ, Central Universities, AFMC, ESI, AIIMS, JIPMER and B.Sc. Nursing: a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,000 (UR/EWS) or ₹500 (SC/ST/OBC/PwD), plus a refundable security amount of ₹10,000 (UR/EWS) or ₹5,000 (SC/ST/OBC/PwD). For Deemed Universities: ₹5,000 plus ₹2,00,000. If you apply for both, you pay only the higher (Deemed University) fee.
MCC does not contact candidates individually. Keep checking the MCC website for the schedule, results and notices.
