In the 2026 counselling, you registered only online on the MCC website (mcc.nic.in), once, using the email ID and mobile number from your NBE (National Board of Examinations) application. Registration included paying a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit. MCC hasn't published the 2027 process yet.

The rule, explained
Only qualified or eligible candidates register. Registration is accepted only online on the MCC website; any other mode is rejected. Fill the form yourself, not through an agent.
You can submit the registration form only once. A candidate found to have submitted more than one form is debarred from the allotment process and their candidature is cancelled.
The email ID and mobile number you gave NBE are pre-filled, and all communication goes to them. MCC does not accept complaints about changing them.
Fees in 2026: for AIQ, UR/EWS candidates paid Rs 1,000 plus a Rs 25,000 security deposit, and SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates paid Rs 500 plus Rs 10,000. For Deemed Universities, everyone paid Rs 5,000 plus Rs 2,00,000.
Registration opens at the start of Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and the Stray Vacancy Round on notified dates. No request to register is accepted after registration closes.

Please note that registration facility will be available at the beginning of first round,second round, third round and stray vacancy on notified dates. Under no circumstances any request (for any reason) for registration, shall be entertained after closing of registration.
